Oh well. Not the best start to the day. However, after a fish-finger sandwich I jumped on the bike and did a decent time on some road and canal work. The way back on the canal from Lapworth is all uphill past a lot of locks - good HIIT:

It was my turn to cook at Lucy's so I made a stir-fry with mushrooms, spring onions, red and green peppers, baby sweetcorn, peas and chicken. And then cheesecake. And ice cream. And jelly. And beer. And cava.
At this rate, I'll be lucky if I can fit into my cycling clothes on the day of the race. Actually, the strange thing is, I haven't put on any weight at all. In fact, I'm a few pounds lighter than I was in March! Weird...
