After a cereal and skimmed-milk breakfast I hopped onto the bike to do 22 miles on the canal:
Not a fast pace, but I wasn't dawdling either.
I then scoffed a banana followed by a chicken dinner with spuds and green beans from my Dad's allotment.
I had a bowl of muesli with soy milk just before I headed off for a 90 minute martial arts lesson involving lots of padwork and kicks but not much in the way of fitness tonight.
At home I devoured oatcakes and houmous and I'm going to open 1 beer tonight when I switch the XBox on.
So, a day of healthy eating - first time in ages!!
