Enduro Training Day 26

Just the facts:

Food
3 Weetabix with Soy milk, tin of tuna with pickled onions and wholemeal pitta bread, 6 oatcakes with glass of soy milk, 4 veggie sausages with half a cabbage and potatoes [organic, from Dad's allotment], two handfuls of mixed nuts and raisins.

Exercise
Bike ride: 16.8 miles, average speed 12.7 mph
80 push-ups
70 tricep-dips
75 sit-ups
3 sets of Dumbells curls [15kg]

Booze
One and half glasses of white wine.

Had a new Shimano bottom bracket put on the bike.
