Set new PB over 15 miles:
Then cycled to Mom and Dad's and back.
Total of 30 miles of cycling on the Boardman. [Plus went to Lidl on the mtb]
Mini-workout:
80 push-ups
70 tricep-dips
75 sit-ups
3 sets of dumbell curls at 15kg
Went to Dan's house and drank 3 beers, went home and drank a whole bottle of fizz.
Ate loads of nuts, cake, ice cream, etc etc today.
Team A for the win...
